Teyana Taylor, Keri Hilson, & Solange are definetly running it for the summer of 08 in my opinion. They grace the August issue of Rap-Up Magazine as 2008’s Brave New Girls. Also featured in the issure are aritst such as Wynter Gordon, Kid Sister, Janelle Monae, and Estelle which makes for a pretty dope flipthrough. All of these ladies are bringing something different in R&B. They are missing one person I can think of though, and thats Jazmine Sullivan.

N.e.r.d. took part in the Convserse “Connectivity” Campaign. The advertising visually ‘connects’ past and present Converse icons brought together by their optimistic rebellion and homage to the Chuck Taylor All Star shoe. “Connectivity” is a fully integrated marketing campaign created by New York City based creative agency Anomaly using distinctive and optimistically rebellious creative direction completely shot in monochrome and using hand-painted straplines and logo placement.

Cause is an up and coming lyricist from the Bronx that will be touring with Nas this Summer. He reps the clothing line DuaneNYC in everything that he does. Cause’s photography work is handled by a photographer coming up fast in NYC by the name of Tone. He does alot of street wear and party shoots for Format Mag.
